2. Process for Returns

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

  • Custom orders, special orders, or clearance items.
  • Products not purchased directly from Alsyed Tuc Shop.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
